Robert Tilde
Founder & CEO
30 years in steel manufacturing. Founded Tilde after leading operations at two regional mills. Holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue.
Sandra Okafor
VP of Operations
Oversees production scheduling, quality systems, and ISO compliance. Led the facility expansion in 2018 that doubled our machining capacity.
James Kowalski
Director of Engineering
Manages our engineering and estimating team. Specializes in complex fabrication design and DFM consulting for OEM customers.
Maria Delgado
Quality Manager
Leads our ISO 9001 program and inspection department. Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) with 18 years of manufacturing QA experience.
